We are very impressed with the Cosmopen. We ordered the bundle kit and we found that this would be the best deal and it is.

Love the pen. Getting great rresults. But about 10% of the cartridges don't work. You can send them back for replacement but it's annoying.

I received my cosmopen about 2 months ago and have been it using it for acne scarring. The pen paid for itself within the first week and the results that we are getting are remarkable! Highly recommended

We love our microneedling Cosmopen! It's so easy to use. The results are incredible! We did a lot of research before we bought ours and we came down to the cosmopen and the dermapen. We actually got the opportunity to use the dermapen for a few days. And I have to say, I'm so glad we got the cosmopen. They are very similar except the dermapen has a feature where if you don't put the needle tip in exactly right, the pen is disabled and you cannot take the tip off and reposition it. It actually won't go back on a second time. Even though this was meant to be a safety feature, at $25/tip that can quickly become a costly mistake. I'm thankful the cosmopen does not have that issue. It's very easy to place the tip in the pen correctly and if for some reason you needed to take it out, you can put it right back in with no problem. The cosmopen is super easy to use and has been extremely consistent and reliable for us. Thank you for such a great device!!! We highly recommend the Cosmopen and Cosmofrance! We love your products!
