Shipping and returns

Shipping Policy

Delivery times are given as estimates and are not binding. Delays in delivery shall not entitle the buyer to claim compensation or to cancel the sale, nor shall the buyer have the right to suspend his obligations towards CosmoFrance Inc..

Shipping Times:

Please allow up to 24 hours for orders to be processed and shipped.

Estimated lead times do not include weekends or holidays. Transit time is determined by shipping method and destination. Orders requiring credit information might take additional time.

UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air® and Next Day Air® orders need to be placed before 2:00pm EST to be shipped the same day. Do not hesitate to give us a call at 3055380110 if you need to make sure you will receive your package the next day.

Next Day Saturday delivery is not available. Your order will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday if order is placed before 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time on a Friday.

UPS Ground is only available to orders shipping to the Continental US. UPS Ground should take from 1 to 5 business days depending on where you are in the United States.

Shipping Rates:

Rates are automatically calculated upon checkout, using the weight and size of the item(s) in the cart.

Free shipping does not apply to International or orders from Distributors.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item(s) becomes available we will ship separately. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Order tracking number

When processed, all orders get automatically updated with the tracking information and an email notification is sent to the customer.

Returns and Exchange Policy

To return an item:

  • Product must be in original packaging, unopened, unmarked and in sellable condition.
  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery. No returns will be allowed if past 30 days from delivery date and will be returned to the sender.
  • The item cannot be one of the “non-returnable merchandise” listed below.

Return Procedures:

  • A Return Material Authorization number (RMA) or Return Authorization Form is always required. To obtain an RMA number, please contact Customer Service at 3055380110, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST. To ensure prompt return processing, please attach the original packing slip, Exchange authorization Form or RMA number to the return.

  • Be sure to protect the items when shipping. CosmoFrance Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged return/exchange shipments.
  • CosmoFrance Inc. cannot guarantee credit of a return if unauthorized or does not have an RMA number.
  • Once an authorized return is received and fully processed a credit in your account will be issued in 5 to 10 business days.
  • If you would prefer a refund, it will be issued within 5 to 10 business days after processing the return. We will send your refund via the original payment method used to purchase the item

Charges and Fees:

  • Returns are subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee (based on invoice value).
  • CosmoFrance Inc. will bear the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise return/exchange shipping is the customers responsibility.

Non-returnable merchandise:

  • DVD Software
  • Samples
  • Expired Product
  • Discontinued Items
  • Marketing Material
  • Items marked as "final sale"
  • All Freight Items are not returnable

Damaged items:

If an item arrives damaged, contact Customer Service to open a claim as further information will be needed.

CosmoFrance Inc. will not be responsible for malfunctions due to misuse.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, you must:

  • Request an RMA# or Return/Exchange Authorization Form.
  • You may return/exchange eligible items to the address below:

  • Once the product is inspected and authorized for exchange you may place a new order.
  • If you’d like to get the exchange item quicker, you may place the order as soon as you request an RMA number.

International Orders:

Customers from outside the US understand that CosmoFrance Inc. will not be responsible for custom duties and taxes applied on the shipment of their order. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay all fees related to the import of their order. Moreover, customer cannot hold CosmoFrance Inc. responsible if a package is held or rejected by their own country's customs authorities and understands that it is running a risk of this happening if products purchased on this website are not registered in destination country.

All return/exchange items should be shipped back in original packaging, unopened, unmarked and in sellable condition.

You may return items within 14 days of delivery. No returns will be allowed if past 14 days from delivery date and will be returned to the sender.
